Shipping Policy

At Funny Little Critters, we're dedicated to getting your adorable new companions and merchandise to you as quickly and safely as possible! Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of your purchase. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Carrier

We proudly ship all our orders with FedEx, a trusted partner known for reliable and efficient delivery.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

During checkout, you will be presented with various FedEx shipping options and their estimated delivery times. The delivery time will depend on the shipping service you select (e.g., Ground, Express, Overnight).

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 10-15 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Overnight Shipping: Typically delivers within 1 business day after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by FedEx and are calculated from the moment your package leaves our facility. Unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays, carrier issues, or peak season volumes) can occasionally impact delivery times. Funny Little Critters is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order

  • Your selected shipping method

  • Your delivery address

You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the FedEx website.

6. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Funny Little Critters ships to addresses within United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future!

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Funny Little Critters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at funnylittlecritters.help@gmail.com. We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and damaged items as they may be needed for a claim.
